Demand-side synergy

In session 4, our focus shifts to demand-side synergies. Many demand-side synergies are created by bringing together dissimilar resources (connection), or modifying dissimilar resources to create more value together (customization). These resource synergies are intended to create demand synergies, but the realization of the demand synergy relies on customer behavior (these resource synergies can also create value independent of demand synergies). But while our previous discussions focused on how the resources are used to create value, and our next several sessions will think about the best way to fill strategic resource…
